Remove and replace existing Shower tray from cubicle

My plastic en-suite shower tray has developed a crack in it and needs to be replaced; I want to replace with a cast stone one. Current dimensions are 760 mm x 760 mm (depth of ca. 100 mm). The cubicle is tiled on three-sides and accessed from the forth side. I would like a quote for the following: • Intact removal of first 1-2 rows of shower cubicle tiles • Intact removal of shower cubicle doors • Removal of existing plastic shower tray • Fitting, plumbing and sealing of a new shower tray • Re-tiling of area above shower tray (with existing tiles) • Re-fitting and sealing of shower cubicle doors • Sealing shower cubicle as required I don’t have any spare tiles of the existing set and so I would prefer to be able to keep what I have. A shower tray that has been recommended to me is the Mira Flight (see attachment for link to shower trays) http://www.discountedheating.co.uk/shop/acatalog/Mira_Flight_760mm_x_760mm_Shower_Tray__White.html I am happy to order this tray in advance, although I would need advice on whether to order it with or without upstands (and if with how many?). I also assume that I need the Riser kit shown, confirmation of this would be helpful. The existing tray has a temporary Araldite repair which typically needs replacing every 2-3 weeks. The plastic tray is jacked up and supported by a piece of chipboard, and wooden batten around all sides (see photos) with the tiles sitting on top of the tray with a standard silicone mastic seal. I am flexible about when the job is carried out as the repairs I have put in place can continue for some months yet, but as this is the only shower in the house the job time from start to end is important. If particular aspects of the job cannot be undertaken within the quote (e.g. re-tiling) then please feel free to quote for all except for that and I will assess alternatives.
