Remove Existing Wall Between Kitchen & Lounge For New Kitchen Installation

I'm looking to knock down the internal wall between my kitchen and lounge to create an open plan space. This wall in not fully load bearing but building regs will probably request that a steel beam is installed. I will be looking for kitchen design and planning to maximize the space that I have. I will require scale drawings and quotes for both the building work involved with removing the wall and the proposed kitchen design including electrics/gas/drainage so that I can submit them to the council to complete building warrant application. There will also be some joinery, electrical and plastering work required in the lounge and new flooring throughout the new kitchen / lounge space so would be looking to do everything at once The budget figure listed is fully negotiable both up and down :-)
