REMOVE Gas Heater unit.

A large warm air unit needs to be removed / ditached from the gas supply and disposed of accordingly. Due to future installation of multifuel burner. The unit is electrical powered and this will / may be removed as well. The gas that supplies the unit needs to be isolated near the to the meter as possible. This is due to no gas is used in the property. A GAS registered professional is requred to do this correctly and safetly.
