remove, install and dispose of a built-in single electric oven and electric hob

I need to replace my built in single elctric oven and hob as the oven is no longer working. I need someone to come over firstly to measure the exact requirements of both so i get the right appliance that will fit (it may be appropriate at this stage to remove it to get a better idea of the measurements?) - then once i have ordered both and they have arrived, need to remove the old appliance, fit in the new and dispose of both. Comet do offer a service at £90, but i have not been happy with them in the past, so need someone who has had good experience of this. Ideally looking to get this done quite soon (certainly the measurement), and then as soon as it is delivered get it fitted straight away.
