Have a lounge diner. Diner needs new ceiling measurements 11ft by 18ft approx.
Ceiling needs coving replaced
Paper putting on, and painting.
4 wall lights are up and carpet is down but will remove if requested, no ceiling lights to cause trouble. Dust sheets will need to be up to stop mess getting into lounge area.
Would like job done as soon as possible, hope the 'ideal figure' is realistic for the job to be done to a good quality.
