Remove/replace staircase, remove chimney to roof, knock through 3 doorways

The job forms part of a fairly major overhaul of the first floor of a two bedroom semi-detached Victorian property. Architects drawings in PDF format are attached. Building regulations approval submitted. The job consists of: 1. Removal of existing staircase from ground to first floor, sourcing and replacement with new staircase and landing running in opposite direction. 2. To accommodate modified stair layout two new doorways are required to be knocked through in a single brick wall on the first floor and existing doorways blocked up. 3. Removal of chimney breast from first floor bedroom upwards to roofline including removal of stack above. Repair and replace roof slates as necessary. 4. Move bathroom doorway and block up existing doorway. Quotations should include removal of waste. Client will complete replastering, installation of doors and decorating work as required. Work expected to begin within 3 months pending movement of electrical meter by utility. Note that drawings show loft conversion and loft stairs required for access.
