Remove socket+switch for electric cooker
The removal of a worktop height electric cooker switch and the mains socket that it controls in an upstairs bedroom.
The room is no longer to be used as a kitchen and the additional socket/switch needs to be removed or blanked off before the sale of the house.
Due to the sale of the house, the work cannot be started until exchange of contracts (as it will still be required if the sale falls through) but then must be completed between exchange and completion. Although firm dates have not yet been set I am hoping that the work could be carried out sometime between the 13th and 18th of February
