Hello In a newly built Barratt townhouse (2007ish). Creating an open living area downstairs: Part 1: 1.1 Removing wall+door between kitchen and living room (3m length incl door). Please leave the backing of the kitchen cupboards. 1.2 Removing wall+door between kitchen and entrance corridor (4m length incl door) 1.3 Transfering the utilities back onto the main walls 2 x light switches 1 x multiple switch (dishwasher, washing machine, hood, fridge) 2 x radiators (simply remove radiators and terminate the water pipes at the wall) 2 x electrical sockets Part 2: Removing the cupboard under the stairs. Dimensions 1.40m x 1m, including door. Transferring phone socket and electrical socket back onto the main wall. For all jobs: Walls finish: plastering only (ready to be painted) Floor finish (where the walls were): nothing required
