pebbledash needs to be removed and walls need to be rendered again using plasticiser. NEED waterproofing. Also not exactly sure however they may some bricks need replacing because the mortar is coming away. The house is a semi detached house and there is a newly built extension. Therefore this part of the house does not need to be done. All in all there is 1200ft^2 of area, however this includes the window and door space. Approximately the window and door space equals to about 100ft^2. Also metal strips have to be placed around the window and door to stop the water entering the house.
