Competitive quotes are invited for the following building work:
1. Repairs to the walls of the block particularly the render at high levels.
2. Rebuilding the parapet walls and gutters to the top of the block, and at the same time a wasps nest needs to be removed by a specialist sub-contractor.
3. Upgrading the parapet walls to include a damp proof course and replacing any defective flashing or parapet drains, and to repair any defective brickwork once the life expired render and bitumen covering has been removed.
4. Investigation of the sub floor structures of the first floor of the maisonette, including assessing the plumbing and drainage system where water seepage to the office below has occurred and provide a quotation for any repairs needed after the inspection once the extent and source of the problem is ascertained.
