Renew flooring

Renew wooden flooring under the carpet in the front room & dining room. Work scope: 1. Remove furniture (large items only - like sofa to garage). 2. Remove carpet and dispose of. 3. Remove wooden flooring and dispose of (I believe it is a floating floor). 4. Relay floor ensuring it will not squeak or creak. 5. Reinstate any skirting boards damaged during removal of flooring. 6. Carpets and furniture reinstate will be reinstated seperately by another contractor.
