Firstly sorry I have not been able to get in contact with all the offers. I beleive the description was less detailed. I have a budget of £70 000, and want to open a restaurant. The budget should include the face of the building painted or rendered, all electrics, plumbing, male and female and desabled toilets, wall to wall tiling, bar counter sound proffing ceiling, flooring, and garden landscaping. The restaurant should have a dark wood and red theme. Contemporary but romantic, and I also the like the idea of having some boothes. I am looking for the right person to take on this project, someone with vision and interia design, someone reliable and trustworthy. I want some one who can keep to my budget but get the work done to a superb standard. I am also welcome to ideas from yourselves, showing me inspiration and persuade me to consider your ideas, I do not mind going slightly over my budget if your ideas outweigh mine. I have already stripped the property and it is like a blank canvas ready for your ideas. At the moment 8 RSJ's have been put in place and been passed by Builing Regulations. Before you get into contact i would appreciate if you could think about the different designs and practicalities atht resauranst have like, music, CCTV's fire exits/alarms, etc. There is also a lot more business of this nature from friends and family who are looking for the right person with a good sense of humor. The property is in Hinkley and there is plenty of space to stay upstairs if you wish to do so. This can be arranged to suit your needs.
