Renovating a flat just outside Leeds

I am looking to purchase a flat in Thorner that needs a complete renovation. it consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a very small kitchen and a lounge. I would like to knock down the wall between the kitchen and the lounge (its about 2.8m long) to open it up into one space (I dont think the wall is load bearing). I will need the kitchen taken out and replaced with a new larger one that I will provide. I would like the bathroom which is next to the current kitchen completely removed, including the walls and a new 2x2 meter room built in pretty much the same place and then a new bathroom installed including tiling, underfloor heating and bath, shower etc. I will provide all of these. The first bedroom can be found oposite the bathroom. I would like one of its walls knocked down (about 3 meters long, as far as I can tell, none of these internal walls are load bearing). I would then like a curved wall, curving into the bedroom (about a 2.5m diameter semicircle) built where the original bedroom wall was to allow space for a small circular dining area in the lounge. I will also need some built in wardrobes put in both bedrooms, one in the recess where the semicircle wall comes into the bedroom (about 1 meter wide) and another in the other bedroom (about 3 meters wide)I also need a small storage cuboard built next to the bathroom, about 2x1m. Other jobs such as fitting new radiators, wooden flooring, lighting changes etc may be required. Thanks!
