Paint walls in property - on open plan living room and kitchen to ground floor. Stairs leading from Kitchen to first floor comprising of small landing, two bedrooms and bathroom.
A neutral colour (mushroom colour) owing to the fact the living room is painted in a similar colour and taking account of the number of coats required and time it would take to cover up the colour with white or magnolia, and to keep cost low, I suggest painting all walls in a mushroom colour. Ceilings to be painted in white.
