Repair and paint bathroom walls

There is a small amount of wall where the paint has come away due to water splashing. This has left bare wall so this will need a pre-coat/sealer? Then I would like all the walls in the bathroom painted with bathroom paint. It is only a small bathroom (approx 6'3''x6'3') with quite a few tiles so not alot of painting. I have 2 properties in the same block so I would like both bathrooms painted.
