Repair and paint wooden fascia boards, front and back.

We have a 4-bed detached property with a pitched roof in Horsforth that needs some minor repair work to the facia boards at the front and back of the house, and then re-painting. There appears to be a little wood damage due to weathering, but we are not looking to replace them, as we will be selling the property shortly, so hopefully any damaged sections could be replaced. We would like to get the work done as soon as possible, and ideally in the weeks of the 20th-31st March.
