1. The render on the bottom part of the front of my house blew during the snow last year and needs making good. The render looks like it just needs patching rather than replacing as most of it is still intact.
2. Painting the exterior front wall, and the exterior back walls of my property.
The property is a small two-bed, two storey terrace house in Grangetown, Cardiff. The property is straight onto the street and the back external walls are easily accessible.
The exterior front wall is covered in pebble dash. The back exterior walls are covered in smooth render.
