Repair or remodelling of the broken glass lampshade of contemporary standing lamp

The lamp stands 2 metres high and has a 250 watt halogen bulb. The lampshade, which faces upward has cracked and half has fallen off. Made by 'sothis art', i cant find a replacement and would like a new glass lampshade to be constructed. The bulb assembly and bulb will also nee to be replaced
