Repair underfloor heating cable

I have a broken Underfloor heating cable (manufacturer is Warmup) I have purchased the repair kit along with instructions, so just need an electrician to fix it. The cable has a break in it so no troubleshooting required. Guess its about 30 minutes work....I just haven't got the tools to do the job myself.
