Repairs to chimney flashing/ridge tile mortarwork

General assessment of work required to bring the roof of my house upto a good, watertight standard. The flashing on my chimney looks to be in poor condition and there are some areas where the ridge tile mortar is missing. There may be more work than just flashing/mortar work, but these are the obvious issues.
