I need a Electrician to go to my Flat that is rented out and quote for repairs to the Hallway lights as they are no longer working. It could just be faulty/ loose wiring but need to make it safe and ASAP.
I live in Scotland but Flat is in South East London so would need to co ordinate access with my tenant.
I really want this dealing with as it is dragging on.
