Repairs to roof/New roof needed

My house has a standard tiled roof and inside there appears to be water/damp coming into the rooms from the roofline. I inspected the roof from inside the loft and there are a few areas along the roofline where I can see daylight. The roof is not in good condition i dont think. There are numerous water marks on boards in the loft and the whole roof inside appears to have been sprayed with foam insulation by a previous occupant. I have no idea what condition the timbers are in, they seem OK but are covered in foam. the house is a 2 bedroom end terraced house, downstairs it consists of living room and kitchen/diner. Size of the house at a guess would be around 10m x 7m I will try to get measurements and update here I can. I would like a estimate for a new roof with timbers. and felt inside and new guttering/downpipes with fascia boards and soffits. Also included would be the removal of the old roof (some tiles may be OK you can keep these if its worth it). estimates welcome. PS - I will sort out a skip if one is needed etc. It may be the case that the problem can be rectified with a repair, obviously money being tight a repair would be better for me, the tiles where daylight is coming through seem to be along the roofline to the rear of the property and given the foam i am not sure if tiles can be replaced or not?
