Replace 2x roofs on two 3 bed semi-detached houses approx 30m2 each, with 2x 1.8m x 450mm veluxs in each roof at the back of each house. • Erect scaffold around both property’s • Remove all tiles and battens from both property’s • Supply and install new breathable under felt • Supply and install new battens • Supply and install new Redland 49 tiles, hip tiles and ridge tiles • Replace all lead flashing around chimney • Make new frames ready for skylights • Install new skylights • Remove all rubbish from site Looking at getting the work started in the next 1-2 months.
