replace a downpipe and some tiles on the roof

The downpipe leading from the bathroom has pretty much wasted away so needs replacing. We also need some paching up work doing to the roof. I know we need a new one at some point but can't afford it at the moment so would like some lookse/missing tiles replacing in the mean time. The attached photos show the down pipe that needs replacing and the roof. Thanks.
