Replace bargeboards and guttering

Hi We are looking for someone to do a few jobs on house we have just moved into. Maybe not all jobs at once, number 1 is highest priority. Our house is a 3 bed semi. 1. Replace rotten bargeboards with like for like and metal guttering with UPVC. Half of guttering and bargeboards already replaced with recent extension (so not entire house to be done). Will require access over two glass/upvc roofs. 2. At side of house there is a small 4ft single panel fence that spans half the gap between the house and boundary 6ft fence. Would like existing removed and replaced with gate and fence panel so as to enclose the gap. 3. Outside wall on recent extension requires rendering as it is currently exposed breeze blocks (looks like it was not finished when the extension was built as it may require removal of fence panel with neighbor to gain access. 4. Hang a couple of internal doors. Thanks Justin
