Replace broken center beam supporting wooden bed frame

Replacement of the center beam of a king-size wooden bed frame which runs parallel to how you lay in the bed. Not sure what kind of wood the bed is - I suspect something cheap as it has Ikea-like stickers on all te different pieces. it appears to be roughly a 6ft long 2x4 - but I don't have a measuring tape so I'm not certain. I would like it replaced as soon as possible. The bed is currently sagging in the middle.
