Replace combi boiler

I need someone to replace my combi boiler and the gas pipe (to bigger one) from gas meter to the bathroom ASAP. So i need new boiler and i would prefer worcester 28i junior and gas pipe which i think can run from gas meter on the ground floor through the wall outside then up to first floor again through the wall and then underneath floor to the bathroom.
