Replace garage (flat) felt roof

My garage roof is leaking in a couple of places. having had a look, the felt is old & crumble, and having looked from inside, the roof sheets are only chipboard, and have totally had it in a couple of places. However, all of the timber joists seem to be fine. It is the end garage in a block of 3, and has wooden fascia along the front, side and back. This wood seems solid, but I would like it capped in White plastic. I would like a price for a new flat roof replacing the chipboard with proper roofing sheets, then felting, and the fascias capping. The sizes are 2.8m wide by 5.4m deep I have no idea what to expect price wise, but this system is forcing me to put an expected price in, so I've put £10 just to get past it, however, I don't expect anyone to do it for that!! :) (although it would be nice)
