Replace lock in back door

Mortise lock in wooden back door (with glass panels) needs replacing. There is an existing lock which appears to have been fitted slightly crooked, as the key doesn't engage with the levers properly. This would need to be removed to fit the new lock. Access is through house as there is no rear garden access. Please note I have also posted another job to fit a cat flap in this door - the same person may want to quote for both jobs.
