Replace or clad old wooden fascias with UPVC on 2-bed semi.

1930s 2-bed semi. May need all current wooden fascias completely replacing with UPVC or may be solid enough for simply cladding - quote needed for cladding only and for complete replacement. Dimensions: 17.3 mtr total roofline. I am told there is enough tile overlap to gutter to avoid having to realign the tiles.
