Replace roof tile in Blackley, Manchester

Job is to replace a roof tile that was blown down in heavy winds recently. I have the roof tile that was blown down, however it may need to be replaced with a new slate tile. I will pay extra for the parts if required. Ideally this would be done on Saturday 12th November or Sunday 13th, however a day during the following week can be arranged if need be. The property is a mid-terrace house, access should be quite easy as there is no conservatory (etc) that would get in the way.
