Replace Stopcock valve on internal water supply

Stopcock has recently started leaking and needs to be replaced quickly as floorboards are swelling with damp. The Stopcock is situated behind/below the Toilet in a fairly small bathroom which makes access to it quite tricky. If more details or info is required please reply Thanks in advance
