We need the locking bar mechanism on the uPVC front door to be either replaced or freed so that the door can be unlocked.
We do NOT think the key lock itself is broken.
The door is double glazed top and bottom and is uPVC.
We have been advised the door will need to be removed from its hinges (internal ones) and the lock replaced or freed whichever is required.
We are situated 1.5 miles from Stowmarket.
