Replace transistors in several halogen spotlights in London, N7

Hello, I was hoping you could come and visit Flats 1, 2 and 3 at 157 Hornsey Road as we all have the same problem that you fixed for Flat 4. All the flats have many halogen spot lights that seem to have a problem with the transistors in each light. Many of the lights are not working. It's very difficult to get a time when all the flat owners are all in and the only time this is going to happen is on the afternoon of Wednesday 24th October. Are you able to visit then to have a look at each flat and give an estimate of the cost to fix the lights? Thanks you so much. If you need any more info, please give me a ring. Thanks
