We have a first floor rear bedroom window with two double glazing panes that have failed, they need replacing incl. new sealing strips. Both should be toughened glass. External access for replacement may be via the rear single storey extension roof.
The measures are as follows:
-pane 1: 945x800
-pane 2: 875x730
