Replace window with a smaller one, fit a skylight over a stairwell (requires roof tunnel)

I would like the bathroom window (currently 880 x880mm upvc casement) to be replaced with a upvc sliding sash window with plain etched glass ideally 600 x800mm. Finish should be plaster ready for tiling. I would also like a skylight fitted above the stairwell - this will require a tunnel up through the loft space to get to the roof, skylight should be around 800 x 1000mm or a little smaller (sorry don't know standard sizes for skylights!) This does not need to be an opening skylight. Property is a 2 storey 3-bed Victorian terrace. Please note you must be FENSA registered to be considered for this work. Thank you.
