Replace windowsill

Replace my summerhouse outside hardwood windowsills & bottom glass trims, repairing & or filling in behind sill where required. There’s a approx 7.4m of still (3 sides of .4m, 4.17m & 2.7m) which is about 80mm x 45mm(tapering to 30mm). The damage seems to be mostly on the long front section where the trim has lifted, but can't tell till rest of trim is removed.
