Replace x2 glass panes in first floor flat (Sash windows)

The flat is located in Selhurst, Croydon. It is a first floor house conversion. Access for the bathroom window (from the back garden) can be arranged promptly. We need to replace a glass pane in the front reception and one privacy pane in the bathroom. Measurements: Reception - 39cm (w) x 63cm (h) Bathroom - 50cm (w) x 32cm (h) The windows are original sash type. The bathroom window sash mechanism is broken and if possible, we would like to have that fixed. It would be ideal to have it done at the same time. We would like to have this work done asap please.
