Replacement front porch

We are currently looking to replace the front porch of our house. The existing porch is of wooden construction and should be replaced with one of brick construction. There is a basic design available for which planning permission has already been obtained. The new porch is larger than the existing porch so there will probably be some foundation work involved, possibly including some work with / around a drain. It is essential that this work is carried out as soon as possible, as the existing porch is in a very bad state.
