Replacement of existing radiator and installation of pump for a shower in W13

we need an existing radiator replaced with a towelrail (in same location so need for laying new pipes should be minimal. Also need a pump installed for the shower. There is ample space on the wall where the pipes are also located, so most likely only need the pipes to be cut and pump installed. Theres is a powerpoint also near that can be used to power the pump.
