Replacement Soilstack pipe

The top of our cast iron toilet soilstack/vent pipe has cracked. I therefore need the top of it replaced. Its roughly 3-4 metres and we are happy to have a upvc replacement. It's easily accessible on the side of our house although, the ground is on a slope. Photos to follow.
