Replacing Combi boiler and noisy pump

Good morning, We have a NetaHeat combiboiler in a Open heating system that overheats and stop working. We need quotation for a new boiler and also to replace it as the boiler is like 15 years old. We have also got a pump in the heating system that's really noisy and we want to replace it before it breaks. I've got the pump picture if you want I can provide it. Thanks in advance.
