Toilet flushes with the button on top of the rid. So I presume something like this should replaces. I have the manual of the current flush bulb so you can confirm if it is.

Float Valve Bottom Entry, very weak water entry so either need to be fixed or replaced entirely.
I work 9-18 Mon - Fri so work has to be in evening, or weekend. I prefer someone who can come with a possible parts (detail of the current toilet can be provided with pic etc) so that we can avoid repeatable visiting out for the trade shops etc. Also proper invoice need to be provided.
