Replacing old fuse box with MCB consumer unit

I am looking into getting my old fuse box replaced with a new more up-to-date consumer unit with MCB's and RCD protection. Its for a flat that has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, toilet, hall and stairs. It would also require spare MCB's for future use with supply getting installed into garage and loft conversion happening in near future.
