We had a leak from an external blocked drain. This has lead to damaged plasterwork on the lower parts of 2 internal walls within our 1 bed basement flat. The walls need replastering and painting. We are making a claim on our buildings insurance and so we need some quotes in order to get the work done. The work needs doing in the next 4 weeks.
