Replaster and decorate downstairs and hallway

Replaster all walls downstairs (making sure not to mark or ruin the wooden floor) tile the front hallway entrance and repaint all walls. I have a decorator if you didn't want to quote for the painting. I'd also like all new skirting and woodend borders. D
