Replaster Hall Ceiling

Removal of old lath and plaster ceiling and replacement with plasterboard, skimmed with plaster. The ceiling is in a hall area, which has maximum dimensions of 4.1 x 1.9m, but is L-shaped due to a corner being taken out by the staircase (approx 1.2m x 0.9m reduction from the 4.1x1.9m area). There is a simple pendant light fitting and a battery-operated smoke alarm which will need to be removed and refitted. Ideally, we'd like the work done before Christmas.
