Repoint and replace lead flashing over rear porch
In heavy rain water is dripping down into the porch from where the porch meets the house (right above doorway). On inspection by other tradesman the lead flashing does not come down and fit around the corners of the roof properly letting water in at the sides and the mortar has been washed out of the brick where the flashing is secured.
So need lead flashing + repointing. approx. 1.5mtrs across.
