Repointing brickwork and possible lintel replacement

I'm really not sure what needs doing but I have many cracks that have appeared in my house over the last 18 months. The insurance company have said it's not subsidence but I'm not convinced and need someone to diagnose and fix the problem. Cracks appeared on exterior and interior walls. One particularly large one under my upstairs bedroom window. Cracks in the plaster where the supporting lintel for my bedroom window sits. Budget all depends on quotes as I will need to borrow the money from the bank, I have entered what I think may be the worst case scenario!
