upstairs flat in terraced house conversion. House built roughly 1910. Located close to walthamstow central station.
1) Upstairs portion of the house (front and back walls as side walls connected to neighbouring houses) walls, brick work needs repointing.
2) Guttering needs repair.
3) There is a small balcony coming off the back of the house with a wrought iron spiral staircase going down to the garden. The support to this balcony and the staircase itself are in need of repair.
